To be considered for the Meow Mania Expo, exhibitors must offer products where at least 50% of items for sale are either specifically for cats or are cat-themed merchandise designed for cat-loving humans. While we recognize that many cat lovers may also have other animals at home, this event is intentionally focused and curated around cats and the people who adore them. All products should reflect that focus to create a cohesive and engaging experience for attendees.

Event Date: Sunday September 27th, 2026 from 10am to 4pm

Location: Assiniboia Downs, 3975 Portage Ave - First & Third Floor Event

Out-of-province applicants are welcome and encouraged to apply, as long as their offerings align with the event’s cat-centric theme.

Applications will be reviewed within two weeks. If approved, exhibitors will receive a contract and invoice, which must be completed and paid within 1 week to secure their space.

Applications will be reviewed and approved on a first-come, first-served basis. However, acceptance is not guaranteed. Applications may be waitlisted or declined for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: product overlap with existing confirmed vendors, limited space availability, incomplete or unclear application information, or products that do not align with the theme or target audience of the event.

All approved exhibitors will be required to donate an item of their choice to our Silent Auction, which raises funds for the rescues in attendance. Donation letters will be provided.

We reserve the right to make all final decisions regarding exhibitor selection.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Applications may be cancelled with a full refund if requested before the application deadline. After the deadline, no refunds will be provided.
