Rescue Application and Eligibility Process
Meow Mania is proudly marketed as a cat adoption event, and we’re thrilled to provide a platform for rescues to connect their adoptable cats and kittens with loving forever homes.
Rescue Participation Details
No Booth Fee - Thanks to the support of our amazing sponsors, there is no charge for rescues to attend Meow Mania Adoption Fair. Spaces are limited, so we encourage early applications to ensure participation.
Feline-Focused Event - As a feline-centric event, no dogs are permitted. Participating rescues must have cats or kittens available for adoption or educational materials related to feline welfare, care, or advocacy.
Booth Setup - Each rescue booth includes: one 8-foot table, 2 chairs and access to power (if needed). Larger booths will be reserved for rescues bringing cats or kittens available for adoption.
Health & Safety Requirements - All adoptable cats must be housed in secure, clean enclosures, and litter boxes should be maintained throughout the event. We also require they;
Have received a minimum of two FVRCP vaccines
Have completed quarantine and be adoption-ready
Be spayed or neutered (unless medically exempt due to age or health)
Adoptions - Rescues are welcome to process adoptions on-site or accept applications — whichever best fits their standard procedures.
Promotion & Visibility - Participating rescues receive: Logo and link placement on the Meow Mania website, mentions on social media before the event and inclusion in the official event program. Meow Mania hosts a silent auction/raffle during the event, and 100% of proceeds will be divided and donated to all participating rescues in attendance.
